Eliza Hodges

A Bit About Me

Hi! My name is Eliza Hodges, I am currently a sophomore at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. I am originally from Atlanta, GA but now live in Manchester, U.K. I have two sisters, a twin and a older sister. I could not live without the two of them. I am currently pursuing a degree in Global Studies and Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am a globetrotter, bibliophile, and creative. I am driven by competition, curiosity, and compassion.
 

My passions consist of traveling reading, cooking, and playing pickle ball. I love being outside - anything from skiing to hiking to kayaking. One of my favorite foods consist of the classic tomato soup and grilled cheese combo. I would say some of my favorite places are Chatham M.A., UNC Chapel Hill, and the West Highlands in Scotland.

I am motivated by my competitive drive, curiosity, and desire to to engage in creative and meaningful change. In the professional world I want to help change the lack of cultural awareness and curiosity and hope to aid in the fight for professional equality and equal opportunity.

I hope to graduate with an advanced understanding of international relations and marketing and to be able to use these skills towards my career. To enter spheres of consulting, marketing, media management, or foreign service.
